Welcome to Ethereal Eduversity (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Ethereal”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://etherealeduversity.com/) (the “Site”) and enrollment in any programs offered by us. By accessing or using the Site, applying to or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or enroll in any programs.
Site: The website etherealeduversity.com and all associated pages, content, features, and functionality.
Program(s): Any course, degree, diploma, PGDM, MBA, or other educational offering provided by Ethereal Eduversity.
User / You: Anyone who visits the Site, applies, registers, or enrolls in our Program(s).
Content: All text, images, videos, data, features, and materials made available on the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
You must not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
All information you provide must be accurate and current.
The content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, trademarks — is owned or licensed by Ethereal Eduversity, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download or print content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use (republication, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works) is prohibited without prior written permission from Ethereal.
All applications must meet required eligibility criteria (e.g. bachelor’s degree, entrance exams if applicable).
Admission decisions are at Ethereal’s discretion. Ethereal may require documents, interviews, essays, or tests.
Once admitted, you must abide by all rules, policies, deadlines, payment schedules, and any other requirements communicated to you.
Program fees, payment plans, installment schedules, and other costs will be disclosed to you prior to enrollment.
Payments must be made in the prescribed manner and timelines; failure to do so may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
Refund policy: (example)
If you withdraw before [specific date], you may be eligible for partial refund minus administrative charges.
After a certain date (e.g. program commencement), no refund will be given.
The “Money-Back Guarantee” and “Placement Guarantee” (if applicable) will have separate terms; those will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Ethereal may provide placement assistance, mentoring, career support, etc. However, we do not guarantee any specific job or salary unless explicitly promised.
If a “Placement Guarantee” is offered as part of a Program, the exact conditions, requirements, time frame, and exclusions will be clearly specified in writing.
Scholarship eligibility, criteria (merit, need, diversity etc.) will be published.
Ethereal reserves the right to change or withdraw scholarships or financial aid offerings.
You must behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, fellow students, mentors.
You must not use the Site or Program in a way that violates laws, regulations or rights of others (e.g. copyright infringement, harassment, etc.).
You must comply with all rules, policies, code of conduct that Ethereal establishes.
The Site and content are provided “as is,” without warranties, express or implied, except where legally required. Ethereal does not warrant that content is always accurate, up-to-date, complete, or error-free.
Ethereal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or enrollment in Program(s), including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Ethereal’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you have paid for the relevant Program.
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully. By accessing the Site or enrolling in a program, you agree to the collection, use, sharing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or enrollment after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Ethereal may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site (or access thereto) at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State, India] (for example, Uttar Pradesh / India).
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State] (for example Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh).
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it does not invalidate the rest of the Terms; remaining provisions remain in effect.
Ethereal’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ethereal with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
